National Paddy Day, Dahi Chiura Khane Din / राष्ट्रिय धान दिवस, दहि चिउरा खाने दिन

National paddy day nepalies people's gratest day, nepal is agriculture country, every nepalies people's are depand in agricultural work and dahi chiura khane din is also one of the best day,

This year, in 2078 BS, the rainy season has started a little earlier. Wet fields and cloud-covered skies have caused both good and bad. Floods in Sindhupalchowk, floods and landslides in many other parts of Nepal, rising river levels and many other heavy rains have caused this year.On the other hand, the corona panic, the recent opening of a few months of lumbering and the lack of agricultural produce in the market. There are many challenges, although the year 2078 has now arrived on the 15th of Asar. Best wishes for a green season.

It has been raining in Nepal since time immemorial, but how much water is stored in the fields for planting? What if the lumps burst? Is the soil leveled? What are you doing Is it the oxen or the tractor?

Are there any farmers? And how much has the rice seed flourished?

There are many other questions to be asked by the agrarian Nepalis of the agrarian country. What paddy are you planting? Kanchi Mansuli, Basmati, Ghaiya, Kariyakamat, Bagdi or any other.Welcome to the 15th of Asar, this year too, like other years, Asar has come with clouds, mud and green. Asar, the third month of Bikram Samvat, literally means Asar is an agricultural village in Lorestan district of Iran. Remember that in the Nepali dictionary we use Iranian words as dimensional words a lot, in this sense it is confirmed that there is an old relationship with Iran and Devanagari script. On the other hand, one of the five daily prayers in Islam is called Asr. In Egypt, the god of death is called Osiris Asar.

In any case, to understand Asar, we do not have to continue with word surgery. This month of planting paddy and growing muri by eating is special for agriculture. After the 15th of Asar, the clouds are fully matured and the streams of water are raining down. For this reason, the 15th of Asar is considered as the National Paddy Day. As much as possible today, let's play with the rice plants and mud, the lifestyle of the Nepali environment is very close to nature and soil.

It is customary to bring the food of the farmers to the field by playing with the mud, opening the sandals in the field and planting paddy in the field. In the Terai, the food taken to the farmers in this way is called jalkhai. Generally, it is customary to take thick bread made of wheat flour and salt, oil, chilli pickle etc. in the jalkhai. In the Terai, when the owners of the fields come to the paddy fields themselves, it is customary for all the farmers to chase away the landlords by spreading mud.

The month of Ashadh has not only social and economic but also literary significance. Various exciting and popular songs have been written and sung in the seropher of Ashadh for generations, such as in the field of planting paddy in the month of Ashadhe, like planting paddy in the field.Since such songs are sung while planting paddy, they are sung in a simple and slow manner, so that the working farmers can forget their fatigue and work for a long time.

Ashadhe Pandhar, which is one of such plantations, is a festival that kills fatigue in the midst of a busy time. Ashadhe Pandhar is also called Dahichura Eating Day because of the specialties made by Dahi Chura, Mango and other dishes. The world forgets the curd chura made by milking cow's or buffalo's milk at home and keeping the churras of paddy beaten in a mortar and pestle in sarovari bota or dunatpari in a balanced way.

May the rain of hope be good for the planting of paddy, may the water of that rain also alleviate our sorrows and may we sow the seeds of love and harmony with each other along with the seed of paddy, may love grow. Let the message of hope and the flow of love flow while the roofs of the house are dripping with water, the leaking roofs are being avoided and the dreams of the dead are being awakened.

Happy Ashadhe Pandhar, don't you want to eat Dahichura?

National Paddy Day

It is the time of the peak of the rainy season, but the drops of rain are not the same everywhere in any year. The fact that there was enough rain and the rice seedlings dried up without any rain varies from year to year. It is customary to celebrate Asare 15 of every year as National Paddy Day.

The agricultural country of Nepal has now become a popular destination for foreign employers and the reason for this is the lure of passports that have fallen into the hands of those who have to take a shovel. Every year on Paddy Day, two things are made the main focus, one is modernization in agriculture and the other is reduction in food imports. We import rice, pulses, wheat, etc. in sacks of barren land, which is against Nepali self-esteem and the ideals of agriculture. Productivity and progeny are hidden in the depths of our soil and river water density.

Although statistics show that irrigation facilities are available only in about 21 percent of the total area under paddy cultivation in Nepal, other lands are not unfavorable due to rain water and moist soil. Now, on the National Paddy Day, Nepalis need a determination towards agriculture.

We will leave paddy planted in the hidden mud

We will make water and kneel down

It is important for all of us Nepalis to have the courage to cultivate, water and cultivate it. Just as Nepalis living in the country and abroad eat Dahi Chura on the 15th of Asare, the same day has demanded self-reliance in agriculture and the courage to lose soil along with Dahi Chura. Now is the time to do commercial agriculture, not subsistence agriculture, not rice import, it is time for Nepal to be known as a country of high quality in export. Historically, before the 1970s, Nepal was one of the few rice exporting countries in the world, but in the last few decades, we have become the largest importer. We are suffering trade deficit due to high imports and low exports and if we do not focus on agriculture in time, future generations will suffer the consequences.

Let all Nepalis have enough to eat two meals and share something. Glory to the soil Happy Paddy Day
